  • Accountability in Action
    • Accountability in Action is designed to unpack the complexities around accountability, particularly in organizational settings where power dynamics play a significant role. • Power Dynamics & Decision Making: Reimagining Hierarchies
    • This workshop critically examines existing hierarchical structures and explores alternative governance models. Participants engage in a Fishbowl Conversation to share experiences, followed by a discussion of alternative models, and finally, a simulation to test these new models. The goal is to dismantle traditional hierarchies in favor of shared decision-making.
  • Active Allyship
    • Active Allyship: Strategies for Sustainable Support focuses on the pragmatic aspect of how each individual, regardless of their organizational role, can contribute to IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accountability) change-making efforts. From understanding the complexities of being an "ally" to designing actionable IDEA-centered initiatives, this session is a comprehensive guide to active allyship in a diverse workplace.
  • Inclusive Communities: Creating Opportunities for Connection
    • Inclusive Communities: Practicing Mindful Leadership provides participants with active ways to cultivate space with intentionality. Join us in redefining what it means to be truly inclusive, as we aspire to cultivate environments where everyone not only belongs but thrives.
