SES Assistant Director

The Assistant Director of Student Enrichment Services (SES) reports directly to the Associate Director of SES and is responsible for first-generation, lower income (FGLI), and/or undocumented/DACA student 榴梿视频ming. In collaboration with the Associate Director, the Assistant Director will develop 榴梿视频ming utilizing 榴梿视频 and best practices focused on FGLI student success (including but not limited to 榴梿视频 on intersectionality, identity-development, self-efficacy, stereotype threat, and sense of belonging). The Assistant Director will also manage, execute, and assess the Compass Mentorship Program, a cohort-based, year-long peer mentorship 榴梿视频 that connects incoming FGLI students with trained 2nd, 3rd, 4th year student mentors. The Assistant Director will also assist with aspects of the Summer Academic Workshop, a pre-enrollment 榴梿视频 for incoming FGLI students.  

SES Graduate Assistants

SES offers two Graduate Assistant positions. A graduate assistant is a part-time (20 hrs/week) employee directly supervised by one of our full-time staff members. Each position serves as a content expert for one of the following 榴梿视频s during the academic year:

SAW Graduate Assistant

The SAW Graduate Assistant (GA) will work in partnership with the Assistant Director of SES to support the SAW Counselor, Counselor Coordinator and participant experience. The GA will also serve as the live-in Resident Director.

SES AmeriCorps VISTA
