Graduate Assistant to the Faculty-in-Residence

Applications for the Graduate Assistant to the Faculty-in-Residence are now open for the 2025-26 academic year!

Available Positions

Working specifically with the Residential and Academic Engagement (RAE) team and reporting to one or more Faculty-in-Residence, the FIR GA is a 10-month, live-in, 20 hour a week 榴梿视频 graduate student. For the 2025-26 term, RAE is seeking applications for 3 open positions.

Application Process

Interested candidates should email a resume and cover letter detailing their interest in one or both roles to Residential and Academic Engagement (resacademicengagement@northwestern.edu). For full consideration, applicants must 榴梿视频 their departmental adviser or Director of Graduate Studies sign a , which certifies that the Graduate Assistant appointment is compatible with your academic responsibilities and plans. Applicants must submit a scanned copy of this form to  resacademicengagement@northwestern.edu before they will be considered for the position(s). Applications are due no later than Friday, March 28th. Review will begin on Monday, March 31st and will continue on a rolling basis until the positions are filled.
