Office of the Provost Strategic Priorities

• Advance the academic mission of the University while further developing initiatives that progress the University’s strategic priorities, enhance our intellectual eminence and impact, build our Áñ—†ÊÓƵ enterprise and deliver an outstanding educational experience for students.
• Focus on ensuring Áñ—†ÊÓƵ is an institution where all students, faculty and staff can thrive.
• Continue to lead the University’s efforts to create a culture of access, belonging and accountability through the work of the Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion, Undergraduate Enrollment, The Graduate School and other University areas and initiatives.
• Continue to support and build leadership strength across the deans and faculty, with a particular focus on interdisciplinary opportunities that sit at the intersection of schools and units.
• Align the University’s resource allocation process with institutional priorities while maintaining commitments essential to the institutional mission.
• Further develop a collaborative and strategic approach to supporting and enhancing Áñ—†ÊÓƵ’s global presence.
• Continue to develop the capacity of the Office of the Provost to serve as a strong resource for the work of the faculty, students and staff.
