Permit Rates
Ryan Field Remote Parking: $25.00
Annual permits start October 1 and expire September 30 of the following year.
Parking at Ryan Field is an inexpensive option for parking near campus. The Intercampus shuttle serves Ryan Field and make stops on Sheridan Road. Students can bill these to their student account. Faculty/staff payroll deduction is not available for Ryan permits. The permit is non-refundable.
Parking is prohibited at Ryan Field on the dates of all home football games. See Game Day Parking for more information. Parking at Ryan Field may also be prohibited during other posted Athletic Department events. Storage of vehicles in Ryan lots for periods of more than five consecutive days is prohibited.
Eligibility
Ryan Field remote parking is available to all current faculty, staff, and students. Those who live within the walking zone, and therefore not eligible for main campus parking, are eligible to purchase a Ryan Field permit.
Permit types
- Ryan Field (D)
Standard permit for affordable remote parking that is available to all eligible students, faculty, and staff. - Ryan Field Athletic (A)
Available only to members of the Athletic Department and University student athletes. Those interested in the Ryan Field Athletic permit should contact the . - Ryan Field D and A permits parked on the main campus during permit enforcement hours are subject to ticketing for "unauthorized permit". Vehicles with valid Ryan Field (D) permits are permitted to park on the main campus in commuter student surface lots (green surface lots only, no garage access) during summer quarter. Ryan Field Athletic Department (A) permits are never valid on the main campus.
How to obtain
Ryan Field permits can be purchased during the fall and winter quarters only. They must be bought in person at the Parking Services Office with a valid Wildcard and driver’s license.
Payment for a Ryan Field permit can be made via cash, check, or credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express). Evanston campus students may also bill it to their student account. Payroll deduction for faculty and staff is not available.
