Scope of the Code of Student Conduct
The Student Code of Conduct applies to all students, groups of students, and student organizations affiliated with any school or department or the University as a whole (undergraduate or graduate). Student hosts are additionally responsible for any policy violations of their on-campus guests. The Code of Conduct applies at the times and locations described below.
WHEN: The Code of Conduct applies from the date a student receives notification of admission to 榴梿视频 until the date a student is awarded a degree from 榴梿视频, including, but not limited to these specific time frames:
- During the academic year
- Before classes begin or after classes end
- During time pursuing credit away from campus (e.g., study abroad, internships, coops)
- During periods between terms of actual enrollment
- While on leave from the University
Conduct that occurs during any period of time described above that is not discovered until after a degree is awarded remains subject to adjudication and sanction and may result in degree revocation.
WHERE: The Code of Conduct applies everywhere – on and off campus.

Some behaviors or conduct may be covered by more than one University policy or by multiple definitions in the Student Code of Conduct. The University will consider all relevant conduct definitions and University
policies when addressing behaviors or conduct.
