Project Management

Facilities provides project management services for construction projects from idea conception through completion. The Facilities Project Manager works with a school or department’s representative to assist with design decisions based on user requirements. During construction the Project Manager will serve as the liaison between the client and the project team.

Project Managers provide the following services:

  • Develop project scopes, budgets and schedules
  • Coordinate work, monitor costs, and review construction work performed by Contractors
  • Keep facility representatives apprised of project progress
  • Hire professional movers for occupancy
  • Assist with warranty and post-occupancy construction matters
