These are for maintenance and repairs of a building's infrastructure (i.e., mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems), the exterior envelope of the building, and all attached components within the building (i.e., flooring, carpeting). Infrastructure and equipment that serve the full building or are "fixed" in a building are typically included as building charges.

Departmental charges are for maintenance and repairs of departmentally owned equipment and furniture, as well as all renovations requested within departmental spaces. Infrastructure and equipment that are specific to a single space or 榴梿视频, are "mobile," or furniture are generally included as departmental charges.
Payment responsibility: All expenses related to this type of work are the responsibility of the requesting department and will require a valid chartstring to be submitted when the request is made.
